How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can change shipping address information by logging into your account in just few clicks.

What if I need to modify my order?

You can edit or modify your order very easily. You can do so by clicking the cart icon. From there you can add an item or empty your cart.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer delivery within 3 – 4 days.

When will I get my refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery – (3-5 business days)
  • Online Payment via Credit / Debit Cards – Refund will be in source (3 – 5 business days)
  • Bank Payments – (3-5 business days)

Points to Note:

  • Refunds timelines depend on Bank turnaround times.Also, Delivery and Cash Handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Please note that any refund will be initiated only for the specific number of items / products that you chose in the returns request placed with us.
  • We will not process a refund for any additional units or other items / products returned.
  • Any additional units or items / products received, during the course of the returns process, will not be returned to you either.
I did not receive cashback for my order

Please read the T&C of the offer carefully for the eligibility of cashback. Cashback may depend on the following factors:

1. Date of purchase

2. Total order value

3. Mode of payment 

4. First time order

5. Maximum cashback per transaction/card

Please visit the Active Offers page in the our website & read the Terms & Conditions of the offer that you made a payment through carefully. Often, the T&Cs will have more information on when to expect the cashback, if you are eligible to receive it.

Will the delivery charges be included in my invoice?

Yes, delivery charges will be included in your invoice.

How do I return my order?

You can raise a request to return any items with these simple steps:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the respective order and click on ‘RETURN’
  3. Check to see if the product/s that you wish to return are returnable and have a valid return-by date.
  4. Select the item with quantity and reason for return

We will pick up the returnable items within 1 – 7 days from the date of request. Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/ bill from the partner licensed retail pharmacy handy for verification.

Special Note –

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned. If such an item is indeed returned along with another returnable item, Dawaai247 will disallow a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” product to you when our partner licensed retail pharmacy verifies the returned item(s).

How does Dwaai247 return policy work?

Dwaai247 offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, each item purchased will have a returnable window which can vary anywhere between 0 to 30 days, post its delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered.

 

The items shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:

  1. If the item has been opened, partially used or disfigured. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
  2. If the item is a consumable item.
  3. If the item’s / packaging/ box/ seal has been tampered with; Do not accept the delivery if the package appears to be tampered.
  4. If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable
  5. If the return window for any or all items in an order has expired.
  6. Any accessories supplied with the item(s) are missing.
  7. If the item does not have the original serial number / UPC number / barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.
  8. Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  9. If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
  10. Items related to baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices and sexual wellness such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, etc.
Items are different from what I ordered

We are sorry you have had to experience this. To initiate a return of the wrong product, please login to your account, tap the “My Orders” tab, select the order in question & tap on the ‘Return’ tab. We will try to resolve your concern on priority.
