Polymyxin B should be used with extreme caution in long-term therapy in pregnancy or infants.
Lignocaine should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering from renal impairment (kidney disorder). hepatic impairment (liver disorder). and severe hypotensive shock
Bacitracin is used topically in bacterial infections caused by sensitive organisms associated with inflammatory and / or allergic conditions of the eye.
Polymyxin B is indicated in infected ocular (eye) inflammation.
Patients using Polyfax Plus Skin may at times experience corneal thinning, cataract, fungal infection and rise in intraocular (eye) pressure. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
Polyfax Plus Skin should not be used in patients with viral, fungal, tuberculous or purulent infections.
Polyfax Plus Skin is used as a local anesthetic agent.
Patients using lignocaine may at times experience dizziness. confusion. convulsions. and depressed respiratory rate. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period please consult your doctor.
If you have the following conditions, complete heart block. or hypovolemia (decreased blood volume). please consult your doctor before using lignocaine.
